Air Filter Inspection
The indoor air quality (IAQ) has a direct impact on the comfort, well-being, and health of the building’s occupants. Knowing and controlling common pollutants that might be airborne in your facility is important to reduce the risk of health concerns and maintain a safe environment for everyone. Following the Environmental Protection Agency’s guidelines [1], we can check your facility for common indoor air pollutants and identify the sources to help reduce the concentration moving forward.
Fan & Motor Cleaning
The fan and motor blades are prone to damage due to rust formation. In most cases, corrosion is an unavoidable phenomenon because excessive use and exposure to external elements like rain and snow eventually spoil the protective coating on the blades. Moreover, the accumulation of dust, dirt, and debris in the fan housing can also hinder the operation of the system over time. It leads to noise generation and vibration which can, in turn, lead to grinding, chipping, and crack formation. Our HVAC maintenance specialists can clean the dirt buildup to ensure smooth operation. Heat Exchanger Inspection
The heat exchanger is the main component responsible for heating the air as it passes through the HVAC system. It is a complex unit that comprises several metal tubes, wires, and coils to properly warm the air before it’s circulated indoor. Minor damages like rust or cracks in the heat exchanger can not only affect the air temperature and quality but also pose a risk of fire due to the heated elements.
